Slow cooker recipes for winter

Our Lemon and tarragon chicken recipe is a quick and easy slow-cooked meal. It takes less than 10 mins to get it into your slow cooker, and the whole family will love it! It is so simple to prepare that your little ones will be able to help you.

Another recipe that is popular with our readers is our Slow cooked Asian style chicken. This recipe is an Asian inspired take on the good old roast chicken and because it is cooked in the slow cooker the flavours permeate the flesh. Creating an aromatic, juicy dish. It is also great cold in sandwiches the following day.

For a bit of a twist on a family favourite you could try our Slow cooked beef and lentil lasagne recipe. Or what about Slow cooked meatballs in tomato and aubergine sauce? Meatballs are a family favourite with my three boys and this is a delicious slow cooked meatballs recipe with a rich sauce. It is very easy to make.

Another option is to try our Crockpot Normandy chicken where you can also read  a review of a slow cooker cookbook. And we also have this wonderful Eggplant and lamb shank recipe too.

Soups are really easy to make in your slow cooker too. Over at The Healthy Food Guide they have a selection of great healthy slow cooker meals. Why not try their slow cooker spicy carrot and pumpkin soup?
