We have another great team of judges onboard this year. Our Munch Food Award Judges role is to evaluate each of the category winners, as selected by the public and then to vote for the overall Supreme Award winner 2016.

Mum to to two gorgeous boys, Julie is passionate about helping women lead healthy lives and building a strong community of mums who support and care for each other along the journey of motherhood.

Claire Turnbull 

Claire Turnbull is a Registered Nutritionist and fitness trainer who has been working in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. She is the Nutritionist for Healthy food Guide Magazine, Newstalk ZB and AUT Millennium. She also has a private nutrition practice called Mission Nutrition and is the author of Penguin’s two best selling books, ‘Lose Weight for Life’ and ‘Feel Good for Life’.has her second book coming out in the new year.

Bret McGreggor was New Zealand’s first MasterChef winner.  He has had a number of TV gigs with Countdown and has a weekly food column for New Idea along. Bret McGreggor is of course a popular cookbook author. His latest cookbook is Chop Chop – Asian inspired family favourites“My love of food began as a child, watching and helping mum whizz up culinary creations. For me, it was a great way of sneaking a few bites of dinner before anyone else – and with two brothers and my old man waiting hungrily, you took what you could get when you could get it!”
