Kids 4-10_150sqAs your child grows so does their appetite! Young children can be surprisingly hungry even at age 5 or 6. A great deal of growing happens in this middle childhood period and our kids need fuel to keep them going.

So what on earth can you feed them?

By this stage most children will be eating a variation of the family meal, if not the actual meal itself. Meal times can also provide time for the whole family to sit together and really connect with each and provide an important routine that can help our kids thrive.
