I thought that I would offer you another sneaky peak at one of the recipes from the book. Essentially this recipe is somewhere between yoghurt and a smoothie.

In the book this is titled Pear, Peach Plum Puree – Where is Tom Thumb?

This is a great recipe to share with a breastfeeding mum, as well as the rest of the family: just double the person. This is a fantastic way for babies and children to get some

essential nutrients.

  • 100g raspberries
  • 2 sliced peaches
  • 4 Tbsp baby yogurt (or plain yoghurt)
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and puree.
  2. For older munchkins and grown-ups you may like to add some LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond) which is a sweet nutty mixture perfect a daily healthy boost.
  3. You could of course substitute other lovely summer fruits: blueberries, strawberries, nectarines which are all in season or about to be in season.
