Some time ago I talked about the Extended paid parental leave Bill which made it into Parliament last year.
NZ has a chance in 2013 to make a real impact in the lives of our children, by extending the time parents are supported to spend with their new baby.
We are already lagging behind others – Australia has 18 weeks paid parental leave, Britain 39 weeks and Sweden 16 months.
Join 26 for Babies in helping to make sure Sue Moroney’s bill for 26 weeks paid parental leave becomes a reality for Kiwi families.
26 for Babies
