These coconut milk ice blocks containno refined sugars. Not only are they delicious and healthy they really only take a couple of minutes to prepare.

You could use an ice cream maker to process and freeze the mixture initially. However you can also simply freeze them straight in the ice pops or in a plastic container. The advantage of using an ice cream maker is that you don’t get any ice crystals.

Serves: 4-6 ice blocks
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  1. Blend the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Place into the ice cream maker and freeze.
  3. Spoon into ice block moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Includes freezing time.
