Honey yoghurt biscuits

  • 40 g oatbran
  • 100 g plain flour
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 55 g butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 60 ml natural yoghurt
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Combine the oatbran, flour and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl.
  3. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles a grainy, sand like texture.
  4. Mix in the honey and yoghurt into a ball.
  5. On a floured surface roll the mixture until about ½ cm thick and cut out the biscuit shapes.
  6. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake until they are just turning golden brown – about 7 minutes.
