Serves: 12
  • ½ cup dried fruit (I used dates but dried apricots would be delicious too!)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup LSA
  • ⅓ cup mixed nuts chopped into small chunks or rice bubbles
  • ⅓ cup hulled tahini paste
  • 3 tbsps cacoa powder
  • Shredded coconut for rolling
  1. Place your dried fruit and honey in a saucepan and soften over a medium heat for a few minutes.
  2. Blend the dried fruit and honey to a smooth paste.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the shredded coconut.
  4. Roll into balls about 1 tbsp in size.
  5. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut and place in the fridge to harden.
