A super healthy and delicious Birdseed Bar the whole family will love.
  • 1c sesame seeds
  • 1c sunflower seeds
  • 1c coconut
  • 1c chopped nuts
  • 1c sultanas
  • 100g butter
  • ¼ c honey
  • ½ c brown sugar
  1. Heat seasame seeds then sunflower seeds, then coconut and then chopped nuts in a large pan Brown evenly.
  2. Then put in large bowl with sultanas.
  3. Put butter honey sugar into the pan and heat until sugar disolves and it forms a toffee like mixture.
  4. Stir all ingredients and press into a tray to set.
