  • 100g raspberries
  • 2 sliced peaches
  • 4 Tbsp baby yogurt (or plain yoghurt)
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and puree.
  2. For older munchkins and grown-ups you may like to add some LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond) which is a sweet nutty mixture perfect a daily healthy boost.
  3. You could of course substitute other lovely summer fruits: blueberries, strawberries, nectarines which are all in season or about to be in season.
