Plum tart, refined sugar-free

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 6 plums sliced in half
  • 4 tsp no added sugar jam (I used strawberry)
  • 3-4 tsp slivered almonds
Instructions
  1. Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares
  2. Spread a tsp of jam on each leaving about 1 ½ cm boarder.
  3. Arrange the plum halves – 3 on each on top of the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ‘C until puffed up and golden.
