Avocado salsa
  • 2 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves, torn
  • 2 tsp toasted cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chili, chopped (optional and amount depending on heat of chilies)
  • ½ medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  1. Gently mix all of the ingredients together and the refrigerate.
  2. Ideally you should serve this soon after mixing.
