Fantastic Courgette chocolate cake recipe.
We are so lucky in the Southern Hemisphere. We often have long hot Summers and when the sun is baking hot we can feast on fresh strawberries, watermelons and other summery fruit, herbs and veges. And once you’ve sated your summery appetite there’s always a beautiful beach or river nearby, to cool down in.
